Are you aged 50 or over?

Would you like to see new activities happening in your area?

Do you want to develop an idea to start something yourself?

START UP is a programme managed by Ignite Imaginations, giving an opportunity for local people aged 50 and over in Sheffield to be start something new or develop something they are already involved in. We want to spark new ideas, give strength to existing provision and create new and interesting opportunities for older people in the area.

From music nights in the local library to gardening advice in the local supermarket, we want to encourage people to Start Up and get involved.

We are also able to offer up to £200 per Start Up to cover expenses

If you meet the criteria and this sounds like something you or someone you know would like to be involved in e-mail your interest to or give us a call on 0114 268 6813

Starting up something isn’t for everyone but there are other ways you can get involved with the project like volunteering. If you are interested or know someone who might be suitable click here for more information.
