ALICE HOCKEY

BOARD MEMBER

I've been a project professional for the past decade, and while I started in the arts and cultural world I made the move a few years ago into the health charity sector. I became a trustee for Ignite during my maternity leave and have been delighted to be able to bring my infant son along to meetings and events! I'm excited to combine my knowledge of the difference sectors to support Ignite to deliver projects which use art to improve people's lives

HELEN TODD

BOARD MEMBER

I’m passionate about the power of the arts as a tool for social change. I was director of participatory arts organisation Art & Global Health Centre Africa in Malawi for seven years, and am currently a freelance facilitator and consultant. I previously worked with indigenous communities in Peru, and refugees and local communities in Sheffield. I remember Ignite Imaginations from its very early days as Art in the Park, when I was working for ZEST. I’m impressed to see how it has grown its impact and partnerships, and excited to be part of its next stages of development. I love connecting with nature, and arts of all forms.
