Administration and Marketing Assistant
Hours of work: 18 hours per week, across 3 or 4 days, with a preference for Monday as one of the days. The role will involve occasional evenings and weekend working.
Salary: £17,000 pro rata
Have you got an organised approach to managing a range of tasks, good communication skills and an eye for detail? Are you interested in developing your administration and marketing skills in the arts and/or voluntary sector?
We’re looking for a person with experience of providing administrative and marketing support to join the team in our small organisation.
Ignite Imaginations creates opportunities for people of all ages to participate in creative arts projects in the community. Our activities inspire individuals and strengthen communities.
The Administration and Marketing Assistant will support our team by completing a range of administrative tasks and maintaining our office systems and social media presence. On occasion you will also support events and projects in areas in and around Sheffield.
