We are recruiting an
Age Better in Sheffield Freelance Project Coordinator
(Christmas Day Meal Experience)
Hours of work:
An average of 2 days a week over a 5-month period.
Ideally starting 29th Sept 2020 – 28th February 2021
(This role is required to work on Christmas Day)
Do you want to enable communities in Sheffield to feel connected? Could you work with people over 50 to co-ordinate a successful Christmas Meal Experience on Christmas Day 2020?
This role will involve working alongside over 50’s across the city to co-design, co-produce and co-deliver a relevant and meaningful Christmas Meal experience event that connects people over 50 to their community and the city. This will be supported by partnerships developed with the Age Better in Sheffield core team, other ABiS Delivery Partners and community partners and venues.
We are looking for someone with:
Experience of project management in the community, including working with volunteers.
Experience of working with people over 50.
Experience of partnership working and evaluating projects.
Good administration skills and experience in the arts or events sector.
