It's Trustee Week and we wanted to say a great big THANK YOU to all of our wonderful trustees. As volunteers, they give up their time to make a massive difference behind the scenes.
Across our 18 year history, we've had 30 trustees on our board. Some were founder members and supported us at the very beginning to become a charity, some stayed with us for over 10 years. Those long standing members each gave more than 300 hours support and guidance to the organisation.
We currently have 8 trustees and collectively, this year alone, they will gift us 200 hours of their expertise and experience. A number of our artists started their journey with us as volunteers, as well as staff members including our CEO.
As a charity we couldn't operate without our volunteer trustees and as an arts organisation we need the valuable time, experience and support our volunteers gift us whether within a workshop setting and behind the scenes.
We want to take this opportunity to say a huge THANK YOU!
