Do you have a story to tell about the 1864 Great Flood of Sheffield?

Could you talk to us about the 2007 floods?

We're looking for residents who are willing to take part in a documentary about the devastation of the Sheffield floods. 

​

Sheffield Flood Telling Stories Project for the Sheffield Lakelands Project will feature stories about that fateful day on 11 March 1864 when Dale Dyke Dam breached. The documentary will also include stories of more recent floods in the north-east of the city where our reservoirs reside.
