Hot off the heels of the fabulous 'Summer of Creativity' workshops, this October we invite you to sign-up and participate in two fabulous online creative workshops led by Ignite Imaginations artists.
The first, is in celebration of #LibrariesWeek offering you the chance to create your own magical land with Jordanna. Then join us for a fun half term adventure with Chris as you create your own story with the help of a story rollercoaster!

Saturday 3rd October 11AM - 12noon
Bring your story to life, creating your own magical land using items from around your home!
In this workshop we will begin with Jordanna reading the beginning of a story, which features a magical portal. The children will then suggest where the adventurer might end up and with the artist discover images and ideas of the landscapes they might arrive in, the creatures they might see and the magical things they might witness. Children then use an old box to make a 3D version of the world that the character arrives in. Where will your character go?

Create your own story with the help of a story rollercoaster!
In this workshop we will learn how to create stories based on the story rollercoaster. Children will draw their own rollercoaster and create a story that fits the shape - writing and/or drawing the characters, the action, the exciting conflicts and the happy (or not so happy!) endings along the rollercoaster course! Where will your characters be flung into the air? When will your story be faster than ever? How will it feel when we get closer and closer to the top?
